Delivery Methods
A lecture/teaching format will be used which would be supported by Marshalls E-Learning Platforms (MEP) and other visual aids such as videos, PowerPoint presentations, web links, pictures, audios etc. There would however, be discussions, team projects and assignments. Students are welcome to ask questions and make contributions. Occasionally, journal articles will be given to students for practical applications of concepts and theories. To bring in more variety there shall be occasional engagement with guest speakers from industry and academia. Experiential learning activities shall be encouraged which may eventually form a good basis for learning to write a project from. When necessary, there shall be at least one field trip in the semester to observe a sustainable business strategy. Learners must read the journal articles and the relevant pages of the textbooks before the class sessions.
The Marshalls E-Learning Platform (MEP) shall be the main platform where relevant materials and assignments shall be posted. Notwithstanding, learners may send e-mails to the instructor o book appointments, ask questions or seek clarifications, seek permissions about absentees etc. the instructor may also send e-mails where necessary. Students are encouraged to check their mails regularly.
